Is there parking on site?

I've had an accident. How do I get my vehicle repaired?

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is the sole Authorised Mercedes-Benz Autobody Repairer for Brisbane.
MBQ Autobody is located at 2/310 Evans Road, Salisbury and specialises in major, minor repairs, including accident repairs. They will complete paint and panel repairs and restore your vehicle to factory condition.

What types of servicing do you offer and how much does it cost?

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane offers a variety of servicing options, including Capped Price, Service Plans and Express Servicing for both Passenger Cars and Vans.

How do I obtain an estimate from the Bodyshop?

MBQ Autobody are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
To obtain an on-site estimate visit Shop 3/210 Evans Road, Salisbury (Entrance on Evans Road). Booking are not required for on-site estimates. 
If you are looking to get an off-site estimate, contact MBQ Autobody on (07) 3875 1422 to make a booking.

How will I know if my vehicle is being recalled?

Only a select number of vehicles are ever affected by a recall.
Should your vehicle be affected, Mercedes-Benz Australia will touch base with you directly with next steps. 

Do you offer a vehicle washing service?

If your Passenger Car is in for a service, your vehicle will be washed following your service.
We do not offer a day-to-day vehicle washing service for Passenger Cars.
If your Van is in for a service, your vehicle will be washed following your service.
However at our dedicated Vans Service & Parts facility, we do offer vehicle washing for one year following your Van purchase. To enquire, contact Mercedes-Benz Brisbanes Vans Service & Parts Centre today on (07) 3183 9555.

How do I make a service booking?

Please ensure you have your registration and mobile number as well as your email address handy as these will be among the fewer questions our booking staff will ask you. Mercedes-Benz Brisbane standards provide that service times are booked out no longer than 3 days in advance. However, you can book your service at any time within our operating times. You will be notified of your appointment booking details via SMS test message 24 hours before the arranged date. 

Do you have loan cars or pick-up and delivery service?

At Mercedes-Benz Brisbane we have a number of facilities to cater for your mobility requirements while your car is in the Service Centre.
- We have a limited number of loan cars at our disposal. Due to the popularity of our Fortitude Valley facility, we ask that you check whether one of our other facilities will better serve your needs.
- We offer a pick-up and delivery service which also requires booking in advance.
- We have a shuttle bus that operates every half an hour from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, providing a regular service to the city and nearby metropolitan areas. We are also able to provide a shuttle service to the airport upon appointment.
- If you're short on time, speak to one of our advisors about the Mercedes-Benz Express Service. 

Is it recommended that an Authorised Mercedes-Benz Repairer carry out a wheel alignment?

Yes. You have invested money in a vehicle with an integrated performance wheel, steering and suspension system. Wheel alignments performed by Mercedes-Benz Brisbane are carried out on specifically constructed hoists which operate in conjunction with specifically designed software available only in Authorised Mercedes-Benz Workshops. The wheel alignment which we perform adjusts the camber, caster and toe of your vehicle's steering system. Should you choose to have anyone other than an authorised repairer carry out the work, we recommend that you ask whether they are able to carry out all of these adjustments.

What happens if my vehicle breaks down?

In the event that your vehicle is immobilised and you need assistance, we recommend that you start by calling your roadside assistance number on 1800 807 700. Roadside Assistance will organise to have a technician come to you and carry out any necessary repairs or to have your vehicle towed to either Mercedes-Benz Brisbane or the closest Authorised Mercedes-Benz Repairer should you happen to be outside of Brisbane.

Which payment methods will be accepted?

We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) however if you are unsure, please ask one of our Service Advisors for further information. 

How long does my vehicle's New Car Warranty last & can I extend it?

The New Car Warranty on your vehicle is valid as of the date of first registration and expires at midnight on the day before the expiration of 3 years. Mercedes-Benz does offer an option to extend your warranty. Please contact our Finance & Insurance team on (07) 3251 6666 for more information. 

Can I bring my vehicle in between services?

While the vehicle does indicate when services are due, we recommend a tyre rotation and/or balance 6 months post vehicle purchase. We are happy to replace the vehicle's engine oil and filter at your request.
