Mercedes-Benz Brisbane at Breakfast Creek Wharf.

Opening 2019.

The new Mercedes-Benz Brisbane facility at Breakfast Creek Wharf is a multi-level automotive centre being constructed in Newstead.

Designed in collaboration with Cottee Parker Architects, the state-of-the-art building will house a full-service dealership, a Vehicle Gallery, an AMG Performance Centre, unique dining options and several function areas.

With contemporary and modern architectural design elements, the building has been designed not only with the purpose of reinvigorating the Breakfast Creek Wharf precinct, but also to reinvent the customer experience for buying vehicles.

Visitors entering via the Arrivals Hall will be greeted by the highly-anticipated Vehicle Gallery, which will showcase several antique vehicles and include interactive screens detailing the history of the brand. As guests travel through the facility, they will discover the AMG Performance Centre on the mezzanine level of the building, which will display a vast range of AMG vehicles.

The main sales floor will display a large footprint of vehicles on display. Mercedes-Benz touchpoints will provide a highly interactive experience in which guests are encouraged to utilize digital screens to experience the Mercedes-Benz product and customise their vehicle. Topping out the building is rooftop dining, which will offer 180 degree views of Brisbane and its surroundings.

In addition to this, the facility will take customised dealership services to new heights, with the inclusion of an S-Class Lounge that will display the entire S-Class range and feature a specialised Concierge Service for exclusive use by this niche group of Mercedes-Benz customers.

Servicing will provide maximum transparency and convenience, particularly to those that are time poor. Mercedes-Benz Brisbane customers will be some of the first in the country to experience MAHA vehicle test lanes, a state-of-the-art advancement in servicing technology.

On arrival, customers will be directed to one of four lanes, where vehicles will go through an automatic check-in process in which a vehicle’s steering, brakes, suspension and performance are tested along with current wheel alignment settings. All of this is tested against Mercedes-Benz factory specifications and tyre tread depth measurements and given to the customer at time of check-in.
